As a sole practioner, Mr. Williams developed highly-successful specialties in eminent domain, real estate litigation and municipal law. Among his first clients was King County Fire District 16 which, some 50 years later, is still represented by the firm.
In 1987, Mr. Williams was joined by his son, attorney Kinnon W. Williams, a former Pierce County deputy prosecutor.
