As a sole practioner, Mr. Williams developed highly-successful specialties in eminent domain, real estate litigation and municipal law. Among his first clients was King County Fire District 16 which, some 50 years later, is still represented by the firm.
In 1987, Mr. Williams was joined by his son, attorney Kinnon W. Williams, a former Pierce County deputy prosecutor.
Today, Williams & Williams PSC continues to offer outstanding legal services to local governments, private businesses and individuals across the Northwest. The firm remains focused on building long-term relationships with clients by providing effective and efficient legal representation.

ILLIAMS & WILLIAMS PSC began in 1953 as the Law Offices of William L. Williams, located in Kenmore, on the north end of Lake Washington. The cornerstones of his practice were pragmatic strategies, practical solutions, long-term commitment to clients’ interests and hard work.
