A legal legacy of integrity and exceptional service
Williams & Williams PSC began in 1953 as the Law Offices of William L. Williams, located in Kenmore, on the north end of Lake Washington. The cornerstones of his practice were pragmatic strategies, practical solutions, long-term commitment to clients' interests, hard work, and integrity.
As a sole practitioner, Mr. Williams developed highly-successful specialties in eminent domain, real estate, and municipal law. Among his first clients was King County Fire District 16, which, 50 years later, is still represented by the firm.
In 1987, Mr. Williams was joined by his son, attorney Kinnon W. Williams, a former Pierce County deputy prosecutor. Mr. Kinnon W. Williams was named managing partner in 1994.
Dedicated to our Washington clients and community
True to its legal heritage, Williams & Williams PSC strives to build long-term relationships with clients by providing thorough and timely legal representation.
We believe exceptional legal representation begins with early analysis of clients’ legal concerns—and encourage clients to contact us whenever they have a question or concern. We work closely with all our clients, helping them evaluate legal options and make the best decisions possible.
Most cases should—and do—settle before trial. However, when negotiated settlements or other dispute resolution methods fail to serve clients' best interests, Williams & Williams provides experienced litigation in all phases of trial including appellate and state Supreme Court.
We work diligently at all times to find cost-effective, efficient, and practical solutions to our clients' legal issues.
We are also committed to serving the communities in which we live and work. Whether providing pro bono legal services, volunteering with local charities or serving on boards and commissions, the attorneys and staff of Williams & Williams willingly devote time, energy, insights, and other forms of community support.
